20 years of trust, support and rock-n-roll

The Challenge

Trinifold is an esteemed London-based music management company, founded by Bill Curbishley in 1974. Trinifold represents iconic artists including The Who, Roger Daltrey, Judas Priest and UB40. 20 years ago, Trinifold wanted to improve its connectivity and find a more cost-effective alternative to its Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) metered contract. The company's previous system required business owners to pay above market rates for slow speed connectivity.

The Solution

We could see how ineffective ISDN was for Trinifold and supported its transition to broadband. This meant much faster connectivity at a fraction of the price. We provided clarity, consistency and technical expertise that increased productivity and managed to cut major overhead costs during the transition.

The Outcome

Trinifold was so pleased with our level of support that it asked us to look after all their IT related services (email servers, web security and the list goes on). We have since established a long-term working relationship with Trinifold where we provide full IT support and act as technical consultants and advisors.

As with many non-technology companies, Trinifold's reliance on technology has grown beyond its initial estimations. We help Trinifold to adapt in ways that support business process whilst successfully managing ongoing costs.

Fun Fact

We have worked directly for Robert Plant and Jimmy Page where we delivered website design work to promote a duet they released and we are actually mentioned on their DVD label!
