Our recruitment process may vary depending on the role we’re looking to fill. This is our typical recruitment process for technical roles at Arishi.
- Initial Screening: Our team will look at your application and if your skills and experience match our requirements, you will be placed on our shortlist. We will contact you for a first interview over video conferencing.
- Functional Expertise Assessment: If the interview goes well, we will ask you to undergo a technical and psychometric assessment. You may be asked to work on a a case study prepared by our functional domain experts. This is a great opportunity to interact with the senior members of our team
- Personal Interviews: Based on the results of the second stage, shortlisted candidates will be invited for personal interviews with the hiring manager, HR manager and the senior leadership team. There may be one or two rounds of interviews. At this stage, we interact with the shortlisted candidate to understand their overall personality, attitude and potential, discuss the role in detail and answer any questions they may have.
The final shortlist is determined after these three stages and an offer is made to the selected candidate.
